Your Store Ranks does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, social-media tracking tags, or third-party analytics cookies on its public pages. It uses cookieless first-party page measurement, but does not write an analytics identifier to cookies or browser storage.

Strictly necessary

Up to 12 hours

Keeps the site owner authenticated in the private admin area. It is HTTP-only and is not used to profile public visitors.

etsy_connection_session

Strictly necessary for the requested connection

Up to 30 days

Keeps an Etsy connection linked to the browser after the user actively starts the Etsy connection flow.

These cookies are set only for the relevant secured or user-requested feature. They are not used for advertising or general visitor profiling.

Support-chat browser storage

Necessary for requested chat continuity

Until the chat is reset or browser data is cleared

Lets the browser reopen the same human-support thread so replies are not lost when the page closes or reloads.

ysr-support-thread-last-seen-inbound-*

Necessary for requested chat continuity

Until the chat is reset or browser data is cleared

Records the last support reply seen in that browser so the unread indicator works correctly.

This information stays in the browser's local storage. Starting a fresh support chat removes the current thread token and its last-seen marker from that browser.

Storage the public site does not use

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or comparable advertising tracker is currently installed.
No persistent anonymous offer-attribution cookie is currently set.
First-party page measurement creates a one-way daily pseudonymous identifier on the server; it does not save that identifier in the browser.
The displayed GBP, EUR, or USD price may be selected using an IP-based country lookup, but the currency result is not retained in browser storage between visits.
Email open and click reporting occurs in sent emails through the email provider; it is not a website cookie.

Why there is no cookie banner

The current site does not set analytics, advertising, or general personalisation cookies before a choice is made. Cookieless page measurement happens server-side without writing an analytics identifier to the device. The limited cookies and local storage listed above support private security or a feature the user has actively requested, so there is no optional analytics-cookie category to reject.

If optional analytics, advertising, embedded-media tracking, or broader personalisation storage is added later, it will not be enabled by default where prior consent is required. This policy and the site's consent controls will be updated first.

How to control or remove storage

Use the browser's privacy settings to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage.
Use the chat's fresh-start control to disconnect the current support thread from that browser.
Disconnect the Etsy connection where the connection control is available, or clear the related site cookie in the browser.
Blocking necessary storage may prevent admin access, Etsy connection, or support-chat continuity from working as intended.
